John J. Bowling
John J. Bowling graduated from Purdue University in 1992 and the University Tulsa College of Law in 1995. He has an extensive litigation background initially starting his career as a criminal defense and personal injury attorney before concentrating his practice in civil defense. For over 27 years he has tried numerous jury trials ranging from minor disputes to wrongful death claims at both the state and federal levels. He brings a unique perspective to the practice after having been employed by two national insurance companies, and also serving as the chief litigator for the City of Broken Arrow. Known for his unique perspective, he is creative in finding resolutions as well as a willingness to present the issue to a jury for determination.
Mr. Bowling’s practice primarily focuses on general litigation defense, medical malpractice, construction law, professional malpractice and employment practices. Mr. Bowling is admitted to practice before all Oklahoma State and Appellate Courts, the Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and Tulsa County Bar Association.
When not practicing law, Mr. Bowling enjoys the frustration of owning a century old home which he shares with his wife, teenage daughter and three demanding dogs.
