There are numerous laws and regulations that impact employer and employee rights and obligations.  Attorneys at Aston | Mathis | Campbell are experienced in defending Equal Employment Opportunity Commission charges as well as defending employers in any subsequent litigation that may arise.  We have handled numerous types of employment claims, including but not limited to, wrongful termination, sexual discrimination and harassment, age discrimination, and disability discrimination.   Although most of the employment cases we have handled have been resolved at the trial court level, we have successfully argued employment related matters before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.

In addition to litigation work,  we handle matters involving the dispute of unemployment claims. We also assist employers in avoiding litigation by consulting with them to develop policy and procedure manuals, training  employees, and investigating internal complaints.
