Amy Hampton is a partner at Aston Mathis Campbell, PLLC. Prior to joining AMC, Ms. Hampton practiced in the field of insurance defense for over thirteen years, and served as the Managing Partner of a well-established Tulsa insurance defense law firm. Ms. Hampton is a native Tulsan who received her Juris Doctorate and a certificate in International and Comparative Law from the University of Tulsa College of Law in May 2004, and has been licensed to practice law in Oklahoma since September 2004. Ms. Hampton has experience in a variety of practice areas, but focuses her practice on insurance defense, where she provides her clients with exceptional service and positive results. Ms. Hampton’s practice focuses on all aspects of insurance litigation, including resolution of coverage disputes, preparation of coverage opinions, and declaratory judgment actions.  7

Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Hampton worked as a law clerk for the Honorable James J. Morley of the New Jersey Superior Court, Family Division. During law school, Ms. Hampton served as an Articles Editor and Senior Articles Editor for the Tulsa Journal of Comparative and International Law, and her candidacy paper entitled “Population Control in China: Sacrificing Human Rights for the Greater Good?” was selected for publication (11 Tulsa J. Comp. & Int’l L. 321).

Ms. Hampton is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and is licensed to practice in the United States Supreme Court and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Western, and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma. Ms. Hampton was listed as a Rising Star in the Oklahoma Super Lawyers Magazine for the years 2011-2015 and has Martindale-Hubbell's AV Rating.
